The short version: printed pieces are made for you after you order and usually ship in 3 to 5 business days. Hand-painted originals are already made and ship sooner. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will make it right.
Where we ship and what it costs
We ship within the United States only for now. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
When your order ships
- Printed to order (Solid Color and Full Color sculptures). Printed after you order in our Texas workshop, then inspected and packed by hand. Usually ships within 3 to 5 business days. If our print queue gets busy, we show a longer estimate on the product page before you buy.
- Ready to ship (Artist Finished originals in the Treasure Vault). The exact piece in the photographs, already made. Usually ships within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns
- Printed-to-order pieces are made specifically for you, so we can't take them back for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we will make it right.
- Artist Finished originals can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Email us first so we can arrange it. We refund to your original payment method once it arrives back with us.
Arrived damaged, defective or wrong?
Email a photo of the piece and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If we can't fulfill your order
If something goes wrong on our end and we can't make or ship your order, we will tell you right away and refund you in full within 2 business days.
