Refund policy

Printed-to-order pieces

Most of our sculptures are printed after you order, in the color you choose. Because each one is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, see below and we will make it right.

Artist Finished originals

Hand-painted pieces from the Treasure Vault can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Email us first at manage.it@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send return instructions. Once the piece arrives back in the same condition, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email a photo of the item and the packaging to manage.it@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. You choose: we reprint and ship a replacement at no cost, or we issue a full refund. You won't need to send the damaged piece back unless we ask.

If we can't fulfill your order

If for any reason we can't make or ship your order, we will tell you and issue a full refund within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit.
