Who we are

This store is operated by DjinnCore LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Djinn Forge, 14375 Warbler Ln, Haslet, TX 76052, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DjinnCore LLC. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell physical 3D printed sculptures and hand-painted pieces. Most designs are created by independent designers and printed by us under a paid commercial license. We do not sell or share digital model files, and buying a piece gives you no rights to the underlying design.

Handmade variation

Every piece is printed to order or finished by hand, so small variations in surface texture, layer lines and color are normal and are not defects. Solid Color and Full Color pieces are printed in the color you choose; colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed piece. Artist Finished originals are one of a kind, and the photographs show the exact piece you will receive.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is listed at the wrong price or we cannot make it; if we do, we refund you in full. Your order is accepted when it ships.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery times, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Use and care

Our pieces are decorative display items, not toys. Some contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Keep them away from heat, direct sunlight and hot cars, which can soften or warp the plastic. Do not use them with food.

Designs and photographs

The designs belong to their designers, and the photographs, text and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
