Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

What shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

When your order ships

• Printed to order (Solid Color and full-color sculptures). Each piece is printed after you order in our Texas workshop, then inspected and packed by hand. These usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. If our print queue gets busy, we show a longer estimate on the product page before you buy.
• Ready to ship (Artist Finished originals in the Treasure Vault). The exact piece in the photographs, already made. These usually ship within 2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

If we can't fulfill your order

If something goes wrong on our end and we can't make or ship your order, we will tell you right away and refund you in full within 2 business days.

Arrived damaged?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer. Details are in our refund policy.
